Did you just sign the ACP Termination form? Good, and we’ll take it from here. You’ll see the changes take place on the April 10 invoice and any speed change you requested will kick in May 1.
Couple points, however:
—If you have automatic credit card or debit card payments set up, note that the amount charged will now change to reflect your new choice. That starts with the April 10 invoice.
—If you have bank bill pay set up for automatically making monthly payments, don’t forget to contact your bank and tell them the new amount they should send to LCWA.
—If you chose to end your LCWA internet account, internet will cease to operate at the end of April. Note this however: LCWA periodically introduces new speed tier and pricing levels, so check our website periodicallyto see if a choice suitable to you may have been introduced. Go to lcwireless.net.
